“By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.” – Jesus John 13:35
Christmas Repost 12/24/2025: Advent: Love, Joy and the Gift of Myrrh!
Welcome to the Visceral Reflection blog and podcast! This ministry is devoted to the Christian faith, emphasizing discipleship, spiritual formation, evangelism, and biblical theology. Our mission is to honor God through various goals and objectives, including:

Whether you are a Christian on the journey or a seeker searching for Truth. we desire to help every person grow in an intimate relationship with God! (Matthew 28:18-29).
We desire to help each person prepare to have a good Eternity – In this life, there are many things to pursue and many goals and dreams to desire, but that is all meaningless if we are not seeking daily to prepare for a good Eternity. (Luke 12:15:22).
The Lord Jesus told us that this is what we are called to be. In understanding this call, we recognize the worship is a lifestyle that is to color every part of our lives (1Corinthians 10:31). As Christians, we are to be mindful of personal worship in daily life and corporate worship with other believers. (John 4:23-24)
Shame, Guilt, and Regret may characterize our life at some point, but learning to integrate our entire life into our Story can be a healing and life giving experience. We not only receive healing when we own our story, but then we are also equipped to tell our story and use it to help others. A key component of owning our story is truly believing in the Sovereignty of God! (Romans 8:28)
God has given us the church to help us grow in two ways. 1) is by receiving love, teaching, and encouragement from other Christians, and 2) Learning to use our gift, talents and skills to pour into the lives of others. When we are not involved the church community, we are not only missing out on what we are feely given, but we also are withholding the value that God has built into us that we should be pouring into other people. (1Corinthians 12:7; Hebrews 10:25)
In this broken world, every person we encounter is a sinner. Because of sin we have not always made the best choices, and in many cases we have been harmed by others. We will all encounter Barriers to Faith at some point in the journey, whether that grows from trauma in our experiences, Imprints on our mind from childhood, or the problem of evil itself. However you arrived at today, we want to assist in helping barriers to faith be removed so each person can experience the love, joy and peace that God invites us into! (Jude 1:22)

Visceral Reflections is a raw, unscripted Podcast that is largely spontaneous shares on pre-determined topics. Episodes are inspired by prayer, bible study, meditations, and special requests, all on the topics of growing the Christian faith, discipleship, Identity, spiritual warfare, and the long history of man’s search for meaning. Topics on doctrine, apologetics, church history, current events, and this weeks sign of the Apocalypse may be covered as needed, so we will see what unfolds over time.
The purpose of being unscripted is to make room for the Holy Spirit to speak into each episode in an organic way rather than a canned speech. Topics are always considered ahead of time with primary points and “take-aways”, but the goal is to be conversational and organic.
